« HOUSE FLIPPING IN THE REAL WORLD--PART 3 | Main | House Flipping In The Real World--Part 3-Fast Freddy »

I enjoy Uncle Bill's sight quite a bit. I can empathize with this story specifically. My mom had rented out her house when she moved to a new location near me many miles away. The tenants treated the house with absolute disregard. They eventually moved, owing a lot of rent. I was home visiting my dad (parents divorced) and went by to check on mom's house and clean it out. Well, the house was a wreck and they had left food (meat) in the fridge. Of course the electricity had been shut off which tends to make the refrigerator work a lot less efficiently. The smell would have knocked a buzzard off a gutwagon. Plus they stole a bunch of stuff including some things of mine in the attic. Renting can be a bitch.

I don't know why no ne else is commenting because this is a great story on a great blog that has now become one of my daily reads. Keep up the wonderful writing Uncle Bill and I, for one, will keep coming back.
