I think the price of gasoline will not control the direction of the overall economy. I would prefer not to tap restricted areas for oil. I also believe in tax breaks for installing and using alternative energy sources. However I believe that by reducing regulations and restrictions on energy providers it would reduce prices and encourage more conservation methods.
