Going about purchasing a house in a systematic manner makes sense. Don't rush things. Formulate a plan and consider the market factors involved. Weigh your pros and cons carefully. Finally, carefully consider your budget.

It will also help you find the quickest route possible towards your goal. Well, it may not be lightning quick. But if you would consider all of your options, you will realize that you'll get what you want faster than you expected.

This is a lengthy article, but I'm sure that this is going to be a good read for those who are looking forward to buying a house. Everyone wants to have a discount when they're buying stuff, right? It's called "taking advantage" in a sense. Don't you agree?

Good advice. It's timely now considering the fix that many people are in with plummeting values. People are selling their houses for a sometimes 30% than what they recently bought it for. We are in the market to sell ours and not looking to get into another house but your advice is well taken for when we make that next move. We need some insurance for getting into something that will make us some money!
